Premier MediSpa is a medical day spa in Colorado Springs, Colorado, owned and managed by Gertrudes "Gerty" R. Bland, RN-BSN. It was created as an extension of the Center for Plastic Surgery, which Gerty Bland and her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Gregory F. Bland, opened in Colorado Springs in 1994. Dr. Bland serves as the spa's medical director and the practice states it is the only spa in the Colorado Springs area with an on-site plastic surgeon in that role. Services combine traditional spa treatments with medical aesthetics, including neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair and vein removal, cellulite treatment and chemical peels. Registered nurses on staff are trained by Dr. Bland.
