Pikes Peak ENT, Allergy and Asthma is a physician-owned otolaryngology, allergy and immunology, and facial plastic surgery practice serving Colorado Springs and Woodland Park, Colorado. It operates three offices: two in Colorado Springs, on Briargate Parkway and at Medical Center Point, and one in Woodland Park. Its founding providers trained and practiced in military medicine before establishing the clinic as an independent alternative to corporate-owned healthcare. Clinical scope covers ear, nose and throat surgery, head and neck surgery, adult and pediatric allergy, asthma and immunology, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. J. Luke Arnholt, MD, FACS has served as managing partner since 2018.
