Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery (PCPS) is a plastic surgery and med-spa practice in Pittsburgh, PA, led by board-certified plastic surgeons Armando Davila, MD and David Turer, MD. Dr. Davila trained at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Loma Linda University Health, completed a fellowship in complex breast, microsurgical, and robotic reconstruction at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He acquired the practice, formerly Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery, from Dr. Dennis Hurwitz. The practice offers a full range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
