About Performance Medicine

Performance Medicine is a direct-pay integrative medical group founded in 2007 by Dr. Tom Rogers in Kingsport, Tennessee. It now operates six clinics — Kingsport, Johnson City, North Knoxville and West Knoxville in Tennessee, and Bristol and Abingdon in Virginia — alongside a telehealth service. The group is accredited by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and offers bioidentical hormone replacement including testosterone, medical weight loss, IV therapy, cardiovascular and longevity screening through Cleveland Heart Lab panels and CT calcium scoring, GI Map gut testing, PRP and orthopedic injectables, men's sexual health treatment, and a full medical aesthetics line. It operates cash-only, which the practice says allows longer appointments and removes any incentive to run unnecessary tests. The business is family-run, with several members of the Rogers family in clinical and executive roles.
