Lifespring Health Center is a hormone optimization and functional medicine clinic in Knoxville, Tennessee, founded by nurse practitioner Cora Reynolds. Reynolds is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has completed advanced training in men's testosterone optimization, women's hormone therapy and weight management, with functional medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and A4M. The clinic's service lines are testosterone therapy and men's health, women's bio-identical hormone replacement, medical weight loss, functional medicine and direct primary care. Direct primary care is sold as a flat monthly membership rather than billed to insurance, and lab work can be drawn in the clinic or at any Quest or LabCorp location. Beyond its Knoxville office, the practice offers telehealth across roughly twenty states.
