Dr. Tom Rogers, MD founded Performance Medicine in Kingsport, Tennessee in 2007 and serves as its medical director and lead hormone and longevity specialist. He has been a family practitioner since 1986 and has spent the last eighteen years in his own private practice. He specializes in family, sports and integrative medicine, and built the group around a prevention-first model that treats root causes rather than symptoms.
