Founded in 2021 , Onyx Wellness & Aesthetics was built on the belief that honest, transparent aesthetic and wellness treatments should be accessible to everyone. What began as a single treatment room has grown into a state-of-the-art medical spa entirely through word-of-mouth referrals—without large marketing campaigns or billboards. From the very first consultation to every treatment that follows, every aspect of the patient experience is intentionally designed around quality rather than volume.
