I believe in empowering individuals to take control of their health and achieve lasting wellness through personalized, one-on-one health coaching and functional medicine approaches. My goal is to guide you in uncovering the root causes of health concerns and creating sustainable lifestyle changes for optimal well-being. Outside of my work, you’ll often find me in the kitchen experimenting with nourishing recipes or baking a fresh loaf of sourdough. I also love staying active—whether it’s hiking, strength training, or chasing after my kids. I understand how challenging (and rewarding) a health journey can be because I’ve walked that path myself, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Like many of you, I began my career with a deep passion for helping others but soon encountered the limitations of the traditional healthcare system.
