Transcend Medical Aesthetics is a medical spa in North Haven, Connecticut, operating by appointment only. It is co-owned by two advanced practice registered nurses, Erin Shea, APRN, who serves as medical director, and Ineliz Santana, APRN. The practice offers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, Alma TED hair restoration and medical weight loss using compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Both owners worked in clinical hospital and specialty settings before moving into aesthetic medicine.
