Dr. Samuil D. Rafailov is triple board-certified in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rafailov is well-versed in the width and breadth of his surgical fields and believes that spending time with patients before surgery is just as important as spending time operating. Dr. Rafailov comes from an immigrant family and grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where he earned his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College.
