Masters Plastic Surgery is a solo cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Oklahoma City led by Oscar E. Masters, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon serving Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, and Tulsa. Dr. Masters graduated from the University of Oklahoma as a National Merit Scholar in biomedical sciences, earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and completed a six-year plastic surgery residency at UT, training in complex reconstructive and microsurgery before focusing on cosmetic practice. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi; the practice operates its own accredited surgical facility, Oklahoma Aesthetic Surgery Center.
