The Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery is a solo plastic surgery practice in Fresno, CA founded by Mark A. Chin, MD, MPH in 1993, serving Fresno and the Central Valley for more than 25 years. Dr. Chin is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; he earned his MD from the Medical College of Virginia and an MPH from UC Berkeley, completed general surgery training at Loma Linda University, and trained for seven years at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. The practice offers face, breast, and body cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, along with non-surgical treatments through its in-house Aspire Medispa.
