LowTE Florida is a hormone therapy and wellness practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, founded by Carolyn Zaumeyer, a nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in women's health and hormone therapy. The practice is built around a bioidentical hormone pellet system for men and women; Zaumeyer became the first certified BioTE practitioner in Florida in 2013 and serves on BioTE Medical's advisory board. Alongside hormone therapy it offers medical weight loss programs including tirzepatide, HCG and CONTRAVE, peptide therapy, body composition testing, allergy and sensitivity testing, vaginal rejuvenation, hair loss treatment and cosmetic injections. Clinical care is delivered by Zaumeyer, family nurse practitioner Rachael Supel and registered nurse Karina Alvarez. The practice is not associated with insurance companies and requires payment at the time of service.
