About Carolyn Zaumeyer
Carolyn Zaumeyer, MSN, APRN, is the founder and chairman of LowTE Florida in Fort Lauderdale, a nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience in women's health and hormone therapy who specializes in personalized hormone optimization for men and women. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Florida International University, which later gave her an Outstanding Achievement Award for her service to nursing and women's health. In 2013 she became the first certified BioTE hormone pellet provider in Florida, and she serves on BioTE Medical's medical advisory board as a platinum provider. She has served on the advisory board for the Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nursing Leadership Fellowship Program and as president of both the Women's Executive Club and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and has taught at Florida International University, Florida Atlantic University and Duke University. She has authored books including Are You Hormone Curious? and provides bioidentical hormone therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, medical weight loss, hair loss solutions and cosmetic injections.
