Lexington Plastic Surgery is a solo plastic surgery practice in Lexington, Kentucky, led by Theodore L. Gerstle, MD, whom the practice describes as the only Harvard-trained plastic surgeon in the city. Its cosmetic work spans the breast, body and face — breast augmentation, lift, reduction and male breast reduction, liposuction, tummy tuck, arm and thigh lift, body contouring after weight loss, facelift, neck lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and otoplasty — alongside injectables, Kybella, microneedling, spider vein and tattoo removal, and a medical-grade skincare shop. The practice also performs reconstructive surgery of the head, neck, chest and breast, emergency laceration repair, and surgical treatment for debilitating migraine headaches. Dr. Gerstle trained in the Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Residency program after medical school at the University of Louisville.
