KDR Aesthetics + Wellness is a medical spa and wellness practice serving the Greater Boston area, founded and owned by Kathryn Russo, MSN, FNP-BC, with clinics in Newton and two Boston locations. Aesthetic services include neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify), dermal and lip fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, GlowTox, platelet-rich plasma and fibrin, laser and microneedling treatments, chemical peels, facials and hair-loss treatment. The wellness side offers bioidentical hormone replacement including pellet therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, IV vitamin therapy and regenerative procedures including the O-Shot and P-Shot. Care is delivered by a team of nurse practitioners alongside a medical aesthetician and master laser technicians. The practice treats conditions including hormonal imbalance, menopause, low testosterone, obesity and vitamin deficiency.
