Dr. Hadlock served 20 years as Director of the Facial Nerve Center at Massachusetts Eye and Ear before founding this private practice. The practice specializes in facial paralysis and reanimation surgery alongside in-office facial aesthetic procedures — including mini facelift, eyelid surgery, brow lift, and lip lift — performed without general anesthesia. Dr. Hadlock was the first female ENT surgeon at Mass Eye and Ear to reach full professor rank and has authored more than 200 publications.
