About John S. Lee, MD

Dr. John S. Lee received his bachelor’s degree from Pomona College in Claremont, CA. He then received dental degree from Columbia University and his medical degree from Columbia University in New York, NY. He did residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. He did his general surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Lee is a Portland plastic surgeon with membership in the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgeons (ABPS). This certification guarantees that Dr. Lee has completed a minimum of six years of surgical training following medical school, including an approved residency program in plastic surgery and has passed comprehensive oral and written exams. ABPS certification uniquely qualifies Dr. Lee to perform reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery of the face and entire body.
