Completed a 2-year fellowship accredited by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Dr. Scruggs is a board-certified ophthalmologist and one of only a few subspecialty-trained oculoplastic surgeons in Arkansas. Her practice seamlessly blends the precision of ophthalmic surgery with the artistry of plastic surgery, offering her patients comprehensive care in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. She specializes in surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal system, expertly treating conditions arising from aging, systemic disease, trauma, cancer, and congenital defects. Before returning to her hometown of Little Rock, Dr. Scruggs spent more than eight years as Director of Oculoplastic Surgery and Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
