Innovative MedSpa is a medical spa with two locations in Chicago — Lincoln Park and River North — founded in 2018 by Dr. Rahul Khare, MD, who also leads the affiliated Innovative Care primary and urgent care group. Clinical Director Jessica Jurkovic, RN, BSN, has led the practice's nursing team since its founding, and family medicine physician Dr. Monica Medrano, MD, offers PDO thread lifts alongside the med spa's injector team. Services include Botox, Dysport, and dermal filler injections, Opus Plasma and BBL/HALO laser treatments, PRP and microneedling, CoolSculpting and EMSCULPT body contouring, IV therapy, and GLP-1 medical weight loss.
