Ginsburg Dermatology Center and Medical Spa is a dermatology and cosmetic-surgery practice in Birmingham, Alabama, founded by Dr. Barry Ginsburg, who graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1974 and began practicing cosmetic surgery in the mid-1980s. The practice combines general and medical dermatology with cosmetic dermatology, including chemical peels, fractional laser resurfacing, injectable fillers, neurotoxins, and tumescent and laser liposuction (Smart Lipo). It also operates an on-site medical spa offering laser hair removal, vascular lasers, and skin-tightening treatments. Dr. Ginsburg has performed several thousand liposuction procedures in Birmingham since 1996.
