Dr. Ralph "Trey" Aquadro III is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery at East Alabama Plastic Surgery in Auburn, Alabama, which he founded in 2012. He is a Florence, Alabama native who graduated salutatorian from Coffee High School, then earned his undergraduate degree cum laude in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He completed medical school at the University of South Alabama, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and went on to a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center covering burn reconstruction, cleft and craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, breast reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery. He holds active staff privileges at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama and East Alabama Ambulatory Surgical Center in Auburn, Alabama, and also operates in the practice's own AAAASF-certified surgical suite.
