Dr. Patricia Schechter attended Western University (College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific) in Pomona, California. She received her medical degree in 1986. She continued her training at the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, where she completed her residency in Family Practice. Additionally, she has earned her Masters of Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in Vegetable Science. Dr. Schechter also is the founder and president of the local branch of Osteopathic Physicians, Central Coast Osteopathic Regional Society (CCORS), which is affiliated with Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California (OPSC).
