5 Star Medical Inc. is a medical aesthetics practice established in 2004 and operating three clinics on California's Central Coast: San Luis Obispo, Atascadero and Santa Maria. It is led by medical director Dr. Donah Bulosan, a board-certified family physician who has practised medical aesthetics since 2004. The practice offers injectables including Botox and dermal fillers, Kybella for submental fat, laser hair removal, IPL and Nd:YAG laser treatments, chemical peels, HydraFacial and radiofrequency microneedling. Its clinical team includes several registered nurse injectors and a licensed esthetician.
