Dr. Mary Ella Carter, MD, FACS is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who opened her private practice in Washington, DC in 2012. She trained at Georgetown University (Highest Distinction) and completed her residency at Georgetown University Hospital, later serving as Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. Her practice offers both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures — including breast, body, and facial surgery, Botox, and dermal fillers — alongside reconstructive surgery for melanoma, skin cancer (Mohs closure), and breast cancer.
