Dr. Kenty Sian leads Fresno Plastic Surgery, a solo plastic surgery practice in Fresno, California. Dr. Sian, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, earned his medical degree from the University of the Philippines, completed a general surgery residency at SUNY Brooklyn, and trained in plastic and aesthetic surgery at Indiana University and under Dr. John Q. Owsley in San Francisco. He has practiced in Fresno since 2002 and is a clinical assistant professor at UCSF-Fresno. The practice offers facial procedures, breast augmentation/lift/reduction, body contouring including tummy tuck and liposuction, and injectables such as Botox and Juvederm.
