South Bay Plastics is the private surgical practice of Dr. James Black and Dr. Michael Arnstein in Torrance, California. Dr. Black, a board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and Dr. Arnstein together provide cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, face, and body, as well as non-surgical rejuvenation treatments. Both surgeons hold clinical faculty appointments in UCLA's Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
