About Chicago ENT

Chicago ENT is an independent multi-location otolaryngology group serving the greater Chicago area, practising under the legal name Head & Neck and Cosmetic Surgery Associates, Ltd. It traces its origins to 1977, when Michael Friedman, MD — now its medical director — completed residency and joined the predecessor practice, which was later renamed the Advanced Center for Specialty Care and today Chicago ENT. Its cosmetic line is led by facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon Cynthia Riley Duck, MD, JD and covers facelift and neck lift, neck contouring, brow lift, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, fat transfer, chin augmentation, otoplasty, Botox and Dysport, and dermal fillers. Alongside facial plastics the group treats sleep apnea and snoring, sinus disease, thyroid and parathyroid disease, head and neck cancer, allergy, hearing and balance disorders, and pediatric ENT. Nineteen clinicians practice across six offices in Chicago and Skokie, and the practice states it is an independent outpatient group that does not manage surgical contracts with local hospitals.
