It is owned and operated by Carson Williams, MD, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who spent the first five years of his career practising both facial plastic surgery and general otolaryngology before founding it. The practice works solely on the face, neck and scalp and does not treat the breast, body or hands. Surgical services include full, lower and revision facelift, neck lift, surgical lip lift, chin implant, face and neck liposuction, facial fat grafting, buccal fat removal, primary and revision rhinoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift, otoplasty and earlobe repair, alongside Mohs skin cancer reconstruction, nasal fracture repair and functional septorhinoplasty. Non-surgical care covers Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP and PRF injection, Sculptra, liquid rhinoplasty, laser and radiofrequency microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, VI Peel and CO2 laser resurfacing, all performed by Dr. Williams himself. Services at the Leawood office are self-pay.
