Dr. Brian S. Coan is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) serving the Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill, NC areas. He earned his undergraduate degree from MIT, attended medical school at the University of Chicago–Pritzker, and completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident. In 2009, he founded CARE Plastic Surgery in Cary, NC, which has since grown to include an on-site surgery center and medspa. Dr. Coan serves as clinical adjunct faculty at both Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill.
