Brett Kotlus MD is a solo oculofacial plastic surgery practice on Manhattan's Upper East Side, opened by Dr. Brett Kotlus in 2014. Kotlus is certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Ophthalmology and is fellowship-trained in both oculoplastic surgery and general cosmetic surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and is affiliated with New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. The practice sees patients at a single office at 20 East 66th Street in New York City.
