Body By Kotoske, also branded the Cosmetic Surgery Institute, is a single-surgeon cosmetic surgery practice in north Phoenix led by Dr. Thomas Kotoske, a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the practice's medical director. The practice offers face and body cosmetic procedures — breast augmentation, liposuction, mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, facelifts and the Quicklift — plus an in-house skin spa. Dr. Kotoske served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at HonorHealth John C. Lincoln hospital for over ten years.
