It was founded by Prem Tripathi, MD, MPH, a facial plastic surgeon who earned his MD from the University of Southern California and an MPH in epidemiology from Tulane University, and who has published research in Laryngoscope, JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery and Head and Neck. The practice is face-only and performs no breast or body surgery; its surgical cornerstone is eye rejuvenation, including upper and lower blepharoplasty and Dr. Tripathi's Winged Blepharoplasty technique, alongside primary, revision and ethnic rhinoplasty, facelift and neck lift, facial implants, lip lift, facial fat transfer, scar revision, buccal fat pad removal and neck liposuction. A medspa division, Bay Hills Skin, offers injectables, laser and energy-based skin treatments and a medically supervised weight-loss program.
