Arviv Medical Aesthetics is a Florida medical spa group established in 2014 by Tali Arviv, MD, with locations in Midtown Miami, the Westchase area of Tampa and Ocala. The practice combines a day-spa setting with physician-directed aesthetic medicine across three areas it defines as laser treatments, aesthetic treatments and medical treatments. Services include neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PDO threads, microneedling and RF microneedling, chemical peels, fractional CO2 and IPL laser treatments, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo and liposuction. Its medical arm offers bioidentical hormone replacement, testosterone therapy, peptides, NAD and IV infusion therapy, medically supervised weight loss and sexual wellness treatments including the O-Shot and P-Shot. Dr. Arviv is board certified in internal medicine and serves as Medical Director of the Beauty and Health Institute; surgical plastic surgery is referred to an affiliated practice.
