The Advanced Center for Plastic Surgery is a private cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice in Timonium, Maryland, led by Dr. Beverly A. Fischer and staffed by an all-female team including registered recovery nurses. Dr. Fischer holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Gettysburg College and an M.D. from Albany Medical College, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha; she completed a six-year general surgery residency at George Washington University and a plastic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins University, where she still holds a Clinical Instructor teaching appointment. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery (1992) and has practiced for over 20 years, serving Baltimore and Timonium, Maryland.
