Miami-Area Med Spas That Pair Weight-Loss Programs With Blood Testing

The med spa menu used to fit on a card: neuromodulators, fillers, a laser, a peel. In greater Miami it now includes a prescription. Of the 267 med spas within 25 miles of downtown whose menus Whelth Research reviewed, 137 — 51.3% — sell a medical weight-loss program, which in this market means semaglutide or tirzepatide. That is the third-highest share among U.S. metros with 100 or more reviewed med spas, behind only Salt Lake City and Phoenix.

What the menus mostly don't include is the blood draw those drugs are prescribed on. Nationally, Whelth Research's 2026 review of 14,748 U.S. med spa menus found that 40.1% list a weight-loss program and 92.2% of those list no blood-testing service on the menu that sells it. In Miami the gap is about the same: of 137 weight-loss sellers, 17 carried a blood-testing listing in Whelth's data, and 13 held up when we read the sites ourselves.

This is the list of those 13. Each one says, on its own website, that blood testing is a service it offers, a step of its weight-loss program, or the basis of its pricing — and each entry below quotes the practice's own words with a link to the page we read. The order is alphabetical by city, not a ranking.

The criterion, verbatim

A practice is listed when (1) it is classified as a med spa in Whelth's directory with a location within 25 miles of downtown Miami; (2) its own website lists a medical weight-loss program; and (3) its own website lists blood testing, lab work or biomarker testing as a service, as a step of that program, or as the basis of its pricing — confirmed by a person reading the site on September 11, 2026, not by the database alone. Listing describes what a practice publishes; it is not a statement about clinical practice, outcomes or quality, and nothing was paid for inclusion.

How this list was built

Data. Whelth Research's directory records each service a practice lists on its own website with the source URL and a verbatim excerpt. For the State of America's Med Spas — 2026 report, 267 med spas within 25 miles of downtown Miami had at least one evidenced service; 137 of them list a medical weight-loss program, and 17 of those also carried a blood-testing or biomarker-panel record.

Verification. Automated evidence for blood testing is unreliable on its own — the phrase turns up on PRP pages ("your own blood"), IV pages ("into the bloodstream") and in patient testimonials. So every one of the 17 candidate websites was read by a person on September 11, 2026. 13 met the criterion; 4 did not (one site is under construction, one lists labs only for hormone therapy, one names biomarker evaluation only as a membership perk, one shows a bare "Laboratories" heading) and are not named here. Two of the 13 carry a note where the evidence is real but the context is narrower than the criterion implies.

Limitations. The list is a floor, not a census: the discovery sweep behind the directory returned at most 20 results per city, so Miami-area med spas that pair weight loss with testing but are not in Whelth's directory, or that describe testing in words the crawl did not match, are missing. A practice that draws labs but does not say so on its website is not listed. Websites change; each entry links to the page as read on September 11, 2026.
