About Zoie Phillips
Zoie Phillips, MSPA, PA-C is the founder and CEO of UpCurrent Functional Medicine, a telemedicine functional medicine practice based in Wilmington, North Carolina, which she launched in 2022. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant from Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences in Virginia and a BS in health promotions from Liberty University. She is a board-certified physician assistant and is dual-certified in functional medicine, holding the IFMCP from The Institute for Functional Medicine and the AFMC from The School of Applied Functional Medicine, where she is a regular guest speaker. Before founding the practice she spent several years as a functional medicine PA-C at an integrative medicine practice.
