Dr. Wilberto G. Cortes is a plastic surgeon and founder of Hourglass Tummy Tuck in Houston, TX, known for his signature hourglass abdominoplasty technique combining a traditional tummy tuck with liposuction and fat transfer. Born in Puerto Rico, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ponce School of Medicine and completed an integrated plastic surgery residency, along with a hand/microsurgery fellowship, at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
