About Tobias C. Long
Tobias C. Long, MD, is a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the founder of Lancaster Plastic Surgery Associates in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He earned a bioengineering degree and his medical degree from Penn State and completed his integrated plastic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University. He served as director of wound care and regenerative medicine at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and as division chief of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center, and holds an adjunct assistant professorship at Penn State College of Medicine.
