About Therese-Anne LeVan
Dr. LeVan has been in private practice in Lexington, Kentucky since 1997 and has over 25 years of experience as a plastic surgeon. For 23 years her practice comprised cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures including facelifts, eyelid lifts, brow lifts, cosmetic breast surgery, abdominoplasties and other body contouring, plus breast reconstruction after mastectomy and reconstruction of facial defects after skin cancer resection. She has retired from the operating room and no longer performs major surgical procedures, but continues to provide non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments such as Botox, injectable fillers and Sculptra, and minor office procedures including earlobe repair and cosmetic facial mole removal. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri and grew up in Skokie, Illinois. She is an active member of the Aesthetic Society.
