About Terry Blay
Dr. Terry Blay serves as the lead practitioner and Medical Director at Ava Wellness & Rejuvenation, M.D. in San Jose. Born and raised in Michigan, he focuses his current practice on wellness and anti-aging medicine. His medical career includes over a decade of full-time Internal Medicine practice at Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center, where he also served as an Emergency Room physician and Chief of the ER for more than 10 years. He evaluates patients holistically, addressing physical health, hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, diet, exercise, and preventative care. His stated philosophy is that it is not how long you live, but how well you live.
