About Tanya Atagi
Dr. Tanya A. Atagi has served the Denver area since 2003 and is one of only a handful of board-certified female plastic surgeons in Colorado. She began at Stanford University's engineering department with a B.S. in product design engineering and later earned a second B.A. in art design, and she holds a patent for a medical device. After medical school at Stanford she completed plastic surgery training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University in Saint Louis, followed by specialized fellowship training in Denver. She has published multiple papers on nerve regeneration, implantable medical devices, and breast enhancement and implant safety, and has been named a Top Doctor by Denver's 5280 magazine for seven years.
