About Susan Kaweski
Susan Kaweski, MD, directs the Aesthetic Arts Institute of Plastic Surgery in La Mesa, California, serving the greater San Diego area, with more than 35 years of experience in plastic, craniofacial, and general surgery. She earned her MD from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in microbiology from SUNY Buffalo, completed residencies at Naval Medical Center San Diego and the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and trained in craniofacial surgery under Dr. Ian T. Jackson. She is a retired captain of the US Naval Reserve Medical Corps and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society.
