About Steve M. Nelson
Steve M. Nelson, RN is a cosmetic injector at Kristin Tarbet Facial Plastic Surgery in Bellevue, Washington, with more than 12 years of experience administering Botox, Xeomin and dermal fillers. He is also a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and his operating-room background informs his approach to facial anatomy while injecting. He began his career at the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgical Institute, working as a nurse anesthetist on surgical cases and as a cosmetic nurse injector. He has served as a clinical and didactic instructor for the USC School of Nurse Anesthesia. His training includes a registered nursing degree from Elgin College, an associate of applied science in nursing anesthesia, post-graduate training at the St. Francis Medical Center School of Nurse Anesthesia, and a bachelor's degree in health care administration.
