About Sean Freeman
Dr. Sean Freeman is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Charlotte, North Carolina with experience in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty since the early 1980s. He specializes exclusively in facial procedures, offering rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and deep plane facelifts, and he pioneered the SOOF lift blepharoplasty and the segmental endoscopic brow lift. He completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis under J. Regan Thomas, MD, and served as an instructor there in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery. He has authored numerous publications in journals including Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery Clinics of North America, and serves on several editorial boards. He has held hospital appointments in Charlotte since 1988 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, Atrium Health Mercy Hospital and Novant Health Presbyterian Hospital.
