About Sean Cassleman
Sean Cassleman is an internal medicine physician and the founder of Mission Metabolic Health in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. He grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, attended John Carroll University where he played football, studied at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Sinai Grace Hospital, Detroit Medical Center. He has practised internal medicine in St. Clair Shores and Detroit for over ten years, during which he observed the link between metabolic disease, sarcopenia, obesity and chronic illness. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. His practice pairs medical care with an on-site gym used to assess and train patients on strength and fitness markers.
