Mission Metabolic Health is a preventive and longevity medicine practice in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, founded by Sean Cassleman, an internal medicine physician and diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine who trained at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit. The practice pairs medical care with an on-site gym, where patients are assessed and trained on strength and fitness markers by a team of three coaches. Services include medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy, testosterone replacement, menopausal hormone therapy, advanced laboratory and biomarker testing and body composition analysis, with coordinated access to genetic testing, coronary calcium scoring, whole-body MRI and DEXA. It offers a longevity-focused membership, accepts medical insurance and HSA/FSA funds, and provides virtual care to patients in Florida, Tennessee and Texas. It serves metro Detroit, including the Grosse Pointes, Harper Woods and Macomb County.
