About Sara Levene
Sara Levene, APRN, BC is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience in plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetics, and joined the practice in 2025. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and became a board-certified nurse practitioner. She served as a senior-level trainer for Cynosure Aesthetic Lasers for 10 years and was a speaker and clinical educator for Allergan Medical's Facial Aesthetics Speakers Bureau, training physicians and aesthetic providers in advanced injectable techniques. Her expertise spans Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, and laser-based skin rejuvenation technologies.
