Dr. Ryan Minarik is a dual-licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist trained at the National University of Natural Medicine. He co-founded FoRM Health (originally Elixia Wellness Group, 2008) and has 15+ years of experience treating chronic pain and sports injuries via PRP, prolotherapy, MFAT, and MSK ultrasound. He serves on the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine.
