About Ron Caloss
Dr. Ron Caloss is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over 20 years of experience treating complex facial deformities. He combines advanced training in orthognathic and cosmetic surgery with a commitment to personalized care, and has pioneered the use of digital surgical planning and custom facial implants for jaw and facial reconstruction. He earned his D.D.S. and M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and a general surgery internship. He later completed a cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery fellowship at Baptist Golden Triangle Hospital in Mississippi. Before joining the University of Mississippi Medical Center to launch its OMFS residency program, he practiced in Dallas and taught at UT Southwestern.
